Outside Sales Consultant (Business Performance Advisor)

We’re seeking salespeople who view sales as an advisory relationship, helping clients find the right HR solutions for their business.

• Identify and target small and midsized businesses for Insperity’s human resource services and technology.
• Contact business owners virtually and in person to explain how Insperity’s solutions can address their challenges.
• Engage existing network and build lasting partnerships.
• Achieve sales goals set by management.
• Complete bid paperwork for new client contracts.
• Facilitate new client onboarding using information gathered during sales interactions.

• Consultative mindset – able to build relationships and recommend solutions based on client needs.
• Motivated by significant compensation, including uncapped commission and residual income.
• Business savvy – prior entrepreneurial experience or strong understanding of business ownership.
• Excellent interpersonal skills – comfortable advising C‑suite executives in a professional manner.
• Strong networking capability – building a network of business executives to expand sales pipeline.

Base salary plus commission. First-year on-target earnings range from $95,000.00 to $ (base salary plus targeted commission). Minimum range $82,500 – $82,500. Commission potential is uncapped.
