- Coordinating with operations to ensure seamless handoff and smooth project execution after the sale.

Required Qualifications:- 1+ years of solar or in‑home sales closing experience.
- Strong objection‑handling and negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals.
- Experience working in a commission‑based sales environment with performance targets.
- Proficiency managing a sales pipeline and follow‑up process using CRM software.
- General computer proficiency for sales activities.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- English proficiency.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Availability to work a Tuesday–Saturday schedule, including Saturdays.
- Spanish‑English bilingual proficiency.
