Territory Sales Representative | New Jersey
Base Salary: $65,000–$75,000 + Uncapped Performance Bonuses
DIME Industries is looking for a motivated, relationship-driven sales professional to help grow our business throughout New Jersey.
This is a field-based sales role for someone who enjoys building relationships, opening new doors, growing existing accounts, and making an impact.
You'll inherit an established book of business, but we're looking for more than an account manager. We want someone who can grow market share, create new opportunities, drive product velocity, and become a trusted partner to retailers across the state.

What You'll Do- Manage and grow an existing book of business
- Prospect and open new retail accounts
- Build relationships with owners, buyers, and store managers
- Execute promotions, demos, product launches, and events
- Increase sales and product velocity at existing accounts
- Identify new opportunities within your territory
- Work closely with leadership, marketing, and operations teams to drive growth
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter who can work independently and manage a territory
- Organized, accountable, and goal-oriented
- Willingness to travel throughout New Jersey
- Must reside in New Jersey
- Cannabis industry experience is a plus but not required
- Experience in cannabis, beverage, alcohol, tobacco, vape, CPG, or other retail-focused industries is highly preferred
- Base salary of $65,000–$75,000 DOE
- Uncapped performance bonus program
