Custom Pak Solutions is hiring a Sales & Marketing Director
Custom Pak Solutions is a full-service system integrator and packaging equipment manufacturer located in the New York City Metropolitan Area. We specialize in designing, fabricating, programming, delivering, and installing turn-key industrial automation solutions for businesses of all sizes. With over 20 years of experience, we aim to provide modern technology solutions while ensuring dependability, reliability, and quality service.
Through our exclusivity agreements with a portfolio of high end European equipment manufacturers we are poised to grow the business five fold in the next five years. We are seeking a motivated self-starter to help us fulfil our Company’s full growth potential. We need a highly motivated self starter to help us achieve the growth that is at our fingertips. MainResponsibilities
- Responsible for developing and growing customer and Distributor/Reseller base in United States and Canada
- Seeks out and targets new customers and new sales opportunities, initiates action plan to approach and secure new business for the company
- Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities
- Work closely with Company President to build integrated and fully cohesive marketing programs designed to generate leads that otherwise support revenue growth.
- Creation and execution of strategic marketing programs.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses
- Responsible for managing the monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management
- Supports professional development of Distributor and Reseller network
- Creates company strategies for mid to long term growth. Helps to focus the efforts of the company towards achieving growth and profitability into the future.
- Conducts market studies including competitive, SWOT, industry and trend analysis
- Disciplined self-starter with strong work ethic.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal communications skills, with excellent oral and written communication
- Experience in presenting product demonstrations
- Knowledge of industrial automation solutions is a plus
- Customer service orientation and ability
- Able to work effectively as a team leader, and to work independently with little supervision, using organizational and time management skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Comfortable with a hybrid work environment
- Minimum of three years of sales experience, with demonstrated ability to drive sales and market share growth.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
