We are seeking an experienced Director of Sales to drive net-new revenue growth and strategic account expansion across enterprise clients. This is a consultative sales role responsible for developing executive relationships, building pipeline, and closing large technology services engagements.

Depending on the candidate's background and industry expertise, this role will be aligned to one of our core industry verticals, including Banking & Financial Services, Healthcare & Life Sciences, or Manufacturing
.

We are open to candidates with either:

• A strong hunter profile
  , focused primarily on new logo acquisition and territory development, or
• A hybrid hunter/farmer profile
  , capable of driving both new client acquisition and expanding strategic enterprise accounts.

• Develop and execute a territory and account strategy to generate new business opportunities and accelerate revenue growth.
• Build and manage relationships with C-level executives and key business stakeholders within enterprise accounts.
• Identify, qualify, and close complex consulting and technology services opportunities.
• Expand existing client relationships by identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities where applicable.
• Collaborate with solution architects, pre-sales, delivery, and executive leadership to develop compelling client solutions and proposals.
• Lead the complete sales lifecycle, including prospecting, discovery, solution positioning, commercial negotiations, and contract closure.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets.
• Represent Thought Focus at executive meetings, industry events, conferences, and client engagements.

Candidates should bring strong experience selling technology consulting and IT services into one or more of the following industries:

• Manufacturing

• Data, Analytics & AI / Generative AI
• Managed Services

• 12+ years of enterprise technology sales experience, with a significant portion focused on IT services or consulting.
• Proven success selling multi-million-dollar consulting or digital transformation engagements.
• Demonstrated ability to acquire new enterprise clients and/or grow strategic accounts.
• Strong executive presence with experience engaging CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, COOs, business leaders, and procurement organizations.
• Consistent track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving profitable revenue growth.
• Experience working within global IT services, consulting, or digital engineering organizations is highly preferred.
