• Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with customers by actively listening and responding to their needs.
• Conduct tastings and product demonstrations at customer locations to drive product awareness and engagement.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand account base and increase product distribution.
• Build visibility and trial to boost brand affinity and sales in the market.
• Deliver excellence in the activation and execution of brand standards in on‑and off‑premise channels, to drive rate‑of‑sale on our brands in all assigned accounts.
• Own the activation, execution and achievement of all market goals as a proactive ambassador.
• Stay knowledgeable about market trends and competitive activities.

• College degree preferred but not required.
• 1 year of experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Computer literate and functional in Microsoft Office.
• Objective‑oriented, focused, and assertive with little direction or supervision needed.
• Team player able to work in an intense, fast‑paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to develop key customer and staff relationships.
• Strong communication skills and ability to make compelling presentations.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within an assigned territory.
• Flexibility to work non‑traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Live in or near New Brunswick, New Jersey.
• Required to obtain a solicitor’s permit where necessary.
