We are seeking a high-energy, 3-4 motivated Merchant Cash Advance Salespeople to join our dynamic team for our WLB, NJOR Brooklyn, NY offices.
In this role, you will reach out to business owners, build strong relationships, and provide tailored funding solutions. Whether leveraging in-house financing or brokering deals through our network, you will have all the tools and flexibility needed to maximize your deal flow and earnings.

Key Responsibilities- Actively contact business owners using company-provided lead lists via phone calls, text campaigns, and email blasts.
- Evaluate client funding needs and pitch custom merchant cash advance solutions.
- Utilize both in-house funding capabilities and external brokering channels to structure optimal deals.
- Manage and track pipeline activity efficiently within our custom CRM.
- Follow up consistently on leads, navigate objections, and close funding opportunities.
- High energy, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Strong sales skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively over phone, email, and text.
- Resilience and the ability to handle rejection while staying focused on closing deals.
- Quick learner capable of picking up our funding programs and proprietary software rapidly.
- Prior experience in financial sales, telemarketing, or MCA is a plus, but not required for the right candidate.
