Business Development Manager

We're seeking a driven Business Development Manager to join a growing restoration services organization serving communities throughout New Jersey. This is a full-time, field-based role for someone who enjoys building relationships, attending events, and serving as the face of a fast-growing company.

This opportunity offers a competitive base salary, uncapped commission, a company vehicle and phone, and an assigned territory designed to keep travel close to home—all while helping homeowners and businesses during challenging times.

• Meet with contractors, business owners, and referral partners to build new relationships
• Building strong relationships and becoming their go-to contact
• Attending events, networking, and representing the brand
• Generate new business through cold calling, networking, and relationship building.
• Managing your own territory and growing your pipeline
• Spend the majority of your time in the field, with minimal office time
