Osmo is hiring a Commercial Sales Associate for its Fine Fragrance team in Elizabeth, New Jersey, one of the better entry doors into the fragrance business proper. Associates sit where clients, perfumers, and operations meet, learning how briefs become submissions and submissions become supply contracts, the industry machinery our perfumer profile and fragrance-house coverage map from both sides.

The Associate supports account managers on fine fragrance projects: coordinating sample submissions and shipments, tracking project timelines and client feedback, preparing meeting materials and market research, and keeping CRM records honest. Expect steadily growing client contact and, for the right person, a runway toward managing accounts.

Organized early-career candidates with strong communication, real curiosity about fragrance, and comfort juggling many small deadlines. Beauty, retail, or hospitality backgrounds translate well. Full-time at the Elizabeth headquarters.
