• Lead and inspire our team of insurance professionals to reach their full potential and achieve consistent results.
• Establish clear, attainable goals for the sales department while fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
• Coach staff members on effective relationship-building techniques and consultative sales approaches.
• Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and refine our market strategy.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to recruit and onboard new talent who share our commitment to client service.
• Represent The Atlantic District in the Elizabeth community, building strong partnerships and trust.

• Valid NJ Property & Casualty and Life & Health Producer Licenses.
• Five or more years of experience managing sales teams in the insurance industry.
• Demonstrated track record of developing talent and meeting growth targets.
• Deep knowledge of insurance products and market trends in the New Jersey area.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Prior experience with agency management software and digital sales platforms.
