Job Description & How to Apply Below

You understand what it takes to cultivate a relationship with someone whose net worth reaches into the billions — and how to become the trusted advisor behind their most consequential decision for their child. That is the essence of this position. If your default is to "manage leads" or "optimize conversions," you will not succeed here. If your default is to take complete ownership of a relationship over the long term, this may be the most meaningful role of your career.

Founders School is a four-year high school where students launch genuine businesses with a target of $1M in profit by the time they graduate. Annual tuition is $150K, backed by a guarantee: $1M in profit by graduation, or full tuition reimbursement. The program begins in New York City in Fall 2026 with a cohort of 20 students, with plans to grow to 1,000.

Our families represent some of the world’s most accomplished and discerning individuals — many with wealth in the hundreds of millions or billions. Every one of those relationships requires a dedicated owner from initial contact through enrollment and beyond.

This role resembles managing investor relations at a premier fund far more than running admissions at a traditional private school. You will steward a portfolio of high-net-worth prospects, guide them through a rigorous engagement process, secure their commitment to a significant decision, and sustain that relationship over years so trust deepens: they re-enroll, they enroll siblings, and they refer peers.

Much like a fund, the calendar divides into two phases: an active season focused on cultivating relationships with prospective families and advancing them toward commitment, and a maintenance season dedicated to keeping enrolled families engaged, informed, and satisfied enough to renew their trust and introduce others.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Taking full ownership of the pipeline of qualified prospective families — every inquiry, whether it arrives inbound, originates at an event, or comes through referral, becomes a genuine relationship centered on you. Consistent outreach, considered follow-through, and serving as the definitive source for any question — or securing the answer immediately if you don't have it.
  • Organizing gatherings that unite prospective and enrolled families, ranging from larger informational sessions to smaller, more personal dinners and receptions.
  • Shepherding families through application and diligence — articulating the school’s model, the guarantee, and the educational trajectory, and guiding them from curiosity to enrollment without resorting to high-pressure tactics.
  • Maintaining continuous engagement with every family in the ecosystem — those still deciding, those already enrolled, and those whose younger children may follow. Initiating contact proactively, so families hear from you before they need to reach out.
  • Serving as the human embodiment of Founders School for these families, and constructing the scalable relationship-and-enrollment infrastructure that enables the program to operate and expand.
  • Collaborating directly with school leadership who handle the highest-tier conversations at the outset, while you establish the operational framework beneath them.
What You Won’t Be Doing
  • Selling. There are no commissions, no quotas, and no aggressive closings. If a family perceives pressure, the approach has failed. You are not a sales agent; you are the person they rely on most for this decision.
  • Managing selectivity. Traditional admissions revolves around rejecting applicants at schools with 4% acceptance rates. We are launching something unprecedented and persuading exceptional families to invest in it.
  • Handing off families and stepping away. The relationship does not conclude at enrollment — it marks the start of a multi-year partnership you continue to steward.
  • Getting buried in logistics. Scheduling, documentation, and enrollment administration are managed by operations. Your time remains dedicated to families.
