- Meet with homeowners and present premium roofing and storm restoration solutions
- Guide families through the insurance restoration process with confidence and care
- Conduct exterior inspections and document roof, siding, and gutter conditions
- Work your own leads AND receive company-provided appointments to keep your pipeline full
- Coordinate with the project team to ensure smooth delivery from sale to installation
- Minimum 6 months of door-to-door (D2D) or field sales experience
- Comfortable with 100% commission-based compensation — you control what you earn
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Bilingual English and Spanish is a strong plus
- Laptop or tablet preferred
- Hunger, drive, and a competitive mindset — this is the most important requirement
