Management & Sales Training Program

Sherwin-Williams seeks motivated candidates for our 2026 Management & Sales Training Program in Metro South New Jersey. In this rotational program, you'll learn store operations, B2B and retail sales, inventory control, and customer relationship management while working with industry-leading paints and coatings. You'll support daily store activities, assist contractors and industrial customers, and analyze sales performance. We offer structured training, a collaborative culture, and clear career paths into sales or management roles across our manufacturing and distribution network.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through store operations, inside sales, and customer service assignments
• Support B2
• B and retail customers with product selection and order placement
• Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and store presentation
• Learn and apply sales techniques to grow existing and new customer accounts
• Use POS and basic reporting tools to track sales, margins, and performance
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to meet sales and service goals
• Complete structured training modules and assessments on schedule
• Follow all safety, operational, and compliance procedures in store and warehouse areas
