Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant

• Create meaningful connections with every customer using personalized sales expertise
• Meet sales targets and earn commission through AT&T's suite of products
• Guide customers through product and service options using a consultative sales approach
• Participate in community events
• Fill online orders
• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
• Work on the sales floor and adapt to evolving technology and customer needs

• Spanish and English bilingual proficiency
• Ability to work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends
• Ability to work 40 hours per week
• Flexibility and openness to change in a fast-paced environment
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus
• No sales experience required; AT&T provides tools, training and coaching
