Matchday Security - Gloucester Rugby

Are you confident, proactive, and customer focused? Do you thrive in fast paced environments and enjoy delivering top tier service? We’re looking for enthusiastic Door Supervisors to join our dynamic Events Team on matchdays and event days at Kingsholm Stadium, the iconic home of Gloucester Rugby.

• Monitoring key entry and exit points across the stadium
• Carrying out ticket and accreditation checks with professionalism
• Assisting and directing guests, ensuring they enjoy their day
• Managing crowd flow to keep movement safe and efficient
• Spotting and responding to suspicious or anti-social behaviour
• Supporting emergency response and evacuation procedures
• Attending staff briefings and completing pre-event checks
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and professional working environment
• Representing Venture Security and Gloucester Rugby with pride, professionalism, and confidence

• Must have a valid SIA Door Supervision (DS) licence. Close Protection (CP) licences are also eligible for this role and further training will be provided.
• Friendly, welcoming demeanor with a calm disposition.
• Confidence in de‑escalating situations while working with the public.
• Ability to work closely with staff employed directly by Gloucester Rugby, following direction and maintaining duties diligently with integrity.
• Team player, calm under pressure and confident decision maker.
• Smartly presented; report to work clean, tidy and on time.
