Maintains the physical functionality of the facility including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart‑of‑the‑house areas. Performs a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC, and masonry. Inspects guestrooms, public spaces, and heart‑of‑the‑house for needed and preventive maintenance. Records and reports completed repairs and items that need further attention or require placing a room 'out of order.'

As a General Mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining the physical functionality of the hotel, performing repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance across all areas of the property.
