Envirosafe - Senior Plumber

Compensation Details

$35.00 to $42.00 per hour + bonus opportunities, including up to $6,000 sign‑on bonus.

• Service new and existing customers to provide a customized solution to fix the issue at hand.
• Serve as a leader in the plumbing field to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide customers with solutions for their plumbing and water treatment systems.
• Follow‑up with existing estimates to offer any additional information as needed to convert them into sales.
• Diagnose leaks, drain clogs, no water, no hot water, low water pressure, etc.
• Repair or replace broken pipes, faucets, water heaters, sump pumps, disposals, drain lines, shower valves, etc.
• Emphasize benefits such as warranties, years in business, quality of service, and financing options.
• Install water treatment systems, gas piping, etc.
• Maintain an orderly, clean, and fully stocked company truck.

• An experienced plumber with at least 10 years of experience in residential service.
• A positive attitude with a willingness to treat customers with the utmost respect.
• A deep understanding of plumbing equipment.
• Enthusiasm to learn and grow.
• The ability to express the utmost respect for clients' time in their home.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to work late when the job requires it.
