The Mission Join a family-owned New Jersey team—no franchise here—that’s dedicated to plumbing, heating, cooling, and electrical services for our neighbors. From Union, NJ, you’ll deliver HVAC fixes that earn callbacks by name.
What You’ll Handle Residential service and repair, including the hard calls others avoid.
Diagnostics and solutions across furnaces, heat pumps, mini-splits, central A/C, and boilers.
Proactive issue spotting to prevent breakdowns and callbacks.
Clear guidance on repair vs. replacement, financing, and service agreements.
Accountability for your KPIs—revenue and service goals are part of the craft.

Top performers can earn $100,000–$200,000+ total compensation.

What It Takes Residential HVAC background with in-home troubleshooting experience.
Knowledge of safety standards and local codes.
Tech-savvy:
Service Titan, iPad use, and digital paperwork.
Excellent communicator with homeowners; clear, honest, and budget-aware.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; fluent in English.
High personal standards—you measure your performance and strive to improve.
Physical Realities of the Job Frequent sitting, standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, stooping, and tool handling; hearing and talking throughout the day.
Regular reaching, ladder climbing, and work in crawl spaces; exposure to hot and cold environments.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
Close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
Outdoor work across multiple seasons depending on scope.
