Core Responsibilities Run residential service and repair calls with a focus on accurate diagnostics and quality work.

Troubleshoot and repair furnaces, heat pumps, mini-splits, central A/C, and boilers.

Proactively spot issues to reduce callbacks and prevent equipment failures.

Present clear, honest options: repair vs. replace, financing, and service agreements.

Use Service Titan on an iPad and complete digital estimates/invoices.

Track and meet revenue and service KPIs.About You Experienced in residential HVAC with a history of successful in-home service calls.

Comfortable with technology:
Service Titan, iPads, and digital paperwork.

Excellent communicator who builds trust with homeowners.

Accountable, detail-oriented, and driven to do the job right.

Requirements Knowledge of safety regulations and local codes.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Fluent in English.

Physical & Environmental Expectations Regular standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, and ladder use; frequent hand/arm use, hearing, and speaking.

Work in hot/cold conditions including crawl spaces; lift 50+ pounds.

Close vision and ability to adjust focus required.

Outdoor work across multiple seasons as jobs demand.
