General Statement of Duties
Responsible for duties and/or a program which requires a high degree of specialization and/or professional certification. Examples: publicist, videographer, graphics designer, certified personal trainer, wheelchair games coordinator.
Minimum Qualifications (KSAs)Must be 18 years of age or older. Must have a valid Driver's License for those positions which require driving.
- Employee may be asked to provide assistance and/or accommodations to include participants with disabilities.
Military education and experience may be substituted for college level course work at the lower and upper division baccalaureate and graduate levels and apprenticeship training at the vocational certificate level on a case by case basis based on the American Council on Education (ACE) Military Guide recommendations.
Knowledge Of RequiredEducation and Experience
- Program management requiring specialization skills.
- Knowledge of software products to facilitate programs (examples include but are not limited to USTA Serve Tennis, tennis league software, point of sale software, business software, Microsoft Office suite and other social media platforms).
- Tennis playing and instructional acumen.
- Knowledge and ability to maintain clay courts.
- Good general math skills.
- USTA safe play certification will be required.
- Hours include a flexible work schedule, spring through the fall.
- Up to 40 hours per week, may require some evening and/or weekend support of the facility.
- Outdoors.

HealthInsurance
The City offers 80/20 medical plans to all full time City of Cincinnati employees and eligible dependents: the 80/20 PPO medical plan, the HDHP medical plan with an HSA contribution, and a Health Reimbursement Arrangement for those enrolled on another non-city eligible group plan.

A $50,000 Basic Life Insurance policy is paid for by the City for certain eligible employees. Full time employees not eligible for the City-paid basic life insurance policy are generally provided a similar benefit through their union group.
Supplemental Life, Long Term Disability, Accident & Critical Illness InsuranceMost full time City employees are eligible to participate in a supplemental life insurance program, a long term disability plan, and accident and critical illness insurance programs at their own expense. Premiums are determined by age, amount of coverage, and various additional factors.
