Jump Ahead Pediatrics is seeking a licensed Speech‑Language Pathologist or Clinical Fellow (CF) to join our team near Elizabeth, NJ, for a full-time school‑based position!
Help us make a meaningful and lasting impact on every child’s educational journey.
We proudly welcome Clinical Fellows and recent graduates and offer direct supervision and hands‑on training to support successful completion of the CF experience.

Position DetailsSetting: School‑Based Pediatric Services
Placement: Exclusive school assignment (no travel required)
Pay: $55–$70 per hour
Includes compensation for the full school day—prep time, documentation, and lunch included.
CFs receive direct supervision.
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide therapy sessions to support communication and language development
- Track student progress and adjust goals and treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary professionals
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state regulations
