About the Role

Citta Core Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Cloud Solution Developer/Specialist to join our growing team. This role involves designing, developing, testing, and deploying advanced software solutions for enterprise systems with a focus on cloud-native architecture, automation, and digital transformation across industries such as finance, banking, business services, commerce and management systems enabling businesses to harness AI capabilities with speed and efficiency.

• Analyze, design, and implement cloud-based software systems and applications for automation and process optimization.
• Develop custom cloud solutions using AI platform integrating with Salesforce platform
• Strong experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and server-side applications
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand application requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Create and maintain flowcharts, diagrams, and detailed documentation for logical program flow and system operations.
• Research and evaluate new cloud AI features and functionality, and make recommendations for adoption based on business needs and technical feasibility
• Convert project specifications into structured code using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Conduct structured analysis to determine feasibility, cost, and system compatibility for new or modified software programs.
• Design and develop both packaged and custom software systems, including those involving relational databases.
• Perform unit and integration testing, identify issues, and implement fixes to ensure a high-quality deployment.
• Evaluate and optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, etc.).
• Maintain code quality, organization, and automation through standard development practices.
• Work independently or collaboratively across teams to ensure project goals are achieved.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in software development, preferably with cloud platforms.
• Strong knowledge of cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS, or GCP with Salesforce.
• Experience with structured design methodologies, object-oriented programming, and system architecture.
• Experience with CI/CD practices and deployment pipelines.
• Familiarity with Dev Ops practices, CI/CD pipelines, and source control tools like Git.
• Understanding of relational databases, APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to break down complex requirements.

• Experience with flowcharting and modeling tools.
• Exposure to working with enterprise clients and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Security awareness and ability to develop secure cloud solutions

Bachelor’s (Required)

10+ years of hands-on experience in software development, preferably with cloud platforms
