Job Title:
Oracle Banking Payment (OBPM) / Flexcube Developer (Java / PL-SQL)
Location: NJ or Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)
Duration:
Long Term
We are seeking an Oracle OBPM / Flexcube Developer to design, develop, and support core banking applications. The role requires strong Flexcube experience, banking domain knowledge, and hands‑on development skills in Java and PL/SQL.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and customize Oracle Flexcube / OBPM modules
- Work with business teams to understand banking requirements
- Support full SDLC: development, testing, deployment, and production support
- Implement core banking functions: payments, loans, deposits, accounts
- Troubleshoot and resolve Flexcube issues
- Integrate Flexcube with other banking systems
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and security standards
- Experience with Oracle Flexcube / OBPM in banking projects
- Strong knowledge of core banking processes
- Hands‑on Java, SQL, and PL/SQL development
- Experience with system integrations
- Good communication and problem‑solving skills
