Senior Delivery Manager Qualifications &
Experience:
- Banking Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 8–13 years of relevant experience in software delivery, integration engineering, or technical product implementation.
- Deep experience with APIs, system integrations, and software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Experience supporting build/release cycles, CI/CD pipelines, and source control practices.
- Strong background in financial services, banking platforms, or complex enterprise ecosystems preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cross-functional delivery models.
Skills:
- API integration and troubleshooting (REST, JSON).
- Experience with Postman, Git Lab, CI/CD pipelines, and source control management.
- Ability to read and understand GoLang code.
- Experience with software configuration, environment management, and release processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
