EXL is seeking a Lead AI Engineer to define and drive agentic AI across our cloud infrastructure and automation platform. Based in the Global Technology organization, you will shape the AI roadmap for our AWS-based environments and CI/CD toolchain.
You will mentor engineers, set standards, and deliver AI-powered infrastructure delivery using Terraform, Lang Chain, and other modern agent frameworks, while embedding guardrails and responsible-AI practices.
