Role Overview The Informatica Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting cloud-based data integration and master data management solutions between Salesforce and enterprise systems. This role ensures high-quality, trusted, and governed data flows using Power Center/Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC), including MDM, Data Integration, and data quality components. The developer works with business stakeholders, architects, and Agile delivery teams to translate business and data requirements into scalable and secure integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and implement Salesforce integrations using Informatica IDMC, including Data Integration.
* Gather and analyze business, data, and integration requirements, translating them into technical solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
* Implement cloud-based data integration solutions across Salesforce and downstream/upstream systems, ensuring reliability and scalability.
* Investigate, analyze, and resolve data quality issues such as inaccuracies, duplicates, and incompleteness.
* Support Agile implementation teams throughout the development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, and deployments.
* Develop and support Informatica mappings and workflows to move, transform, and synchronize data between Salesforce and enterprise databases.
* Perform debugging, troubleshooting, enhancements, unit testing, and performance optimization of integration and MDM solutions.
* Write and execute complex queries to validate data, support analysis, and ensure data is accessible, consistent, and performant.
* Ensure solutions comply with data governance, security, and compliance requirements, especially in a cloud-based IDMC environment.
* Build and maintain MDM mappings, hierarchies, match/merge rules, and integration pipelines to support master and reference data use cases.

Required Qualifications
* 5+ years of Software Development Lifecycle analysis experience.
* 5+ years of Informatica ETL development experience using Power Center 10.x and Power Exchange or Informatica Cloud (IDMC).
* 5+ years of experience with ETL tuning and performance.
* 5+ years of experience with UNIX shell scripting.
* 4+ years of strong SQL experience with relational databases.
* 3+ years of experience with Autosys.
* 1-2 years of Salesforce integration experience.

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with Power Center to IDMC Migration.
* Proficiency with Salesforce.
