We are looking for a hands‑on Tech Lead / Lead Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of a next‑generation data and AI‑enabled analytics platform. The role will be responsible for defining the end‑to‑end technical architecture across AWS, Data Lake, ETL, GenAI, APIs, Full‑Stack applications, Dev Ops, and data analytics.

The candidate should be equally comfortable in architecture discussions with business and technical stakeholders and in hands‑on technical implementation and POCs.

• Define the end‑to‑end target architecture for the CDL, CWS, GenAI, data, and analytics ecosystem.
• Assess current CDL architecture, ETL pipelines, data sources, and existing technology landscape.
• Design scalable AWS cloud‑native architecture covering:
  • oData ingestion and processing
  • oData Lake / CDL
  • oAPIs and microservices
  • oGenAI and LLM integration
  • oFull-stack applications
  • oDevOps and CI/CD
• Design the architecture for enabling ad hoc data analysis and business question answering.
• Define the architecture for transitioning successful CWS/ad hoc solutions into standardized production pipelines.
• Establish technical standards for security, scalability, performance, observability, governance, and cost optimization.
• Lead technical POCs and architecture validation.
• Work closely with GenAI, Data, Full‑Stack, and Dev Ops engineers.
• Review code and technical implementations and ensure alignment with architectural standards.
• Provide hands‑on contribution to critical components and technical challenges.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate AWS and open‑source technologies.
• Lead architecture reviews and communicate technical decisions to stakeholders.

• 12+ years in software engineering and solution architecture.
• Strong hands‑on experience in AWS Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Data Lake, ETL/ELT, APIs, microservices, and cloud‑native architecture.
• Experience with GenAI, LLM, RAG, or Agentic AI architectures.
• Strong programming experience in Python, Java, .NET, or similar.
• Strong understanding of SQL and data architecture.
• Experience with CI/CD and Dev Ops practices.
• Experience designing enterprise‑grade scalable applications.
• Strong communication and technical leadership skills.

• AWS certifications such as Solutions Architect / Dev Ops Engineer.
• Experience with Amazon Bedrock or similar GenAI platforms.
• Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience with enterprise data governance and security.
