- An understanding of U.S. export-compliance rules (EAR) and HTS classification
- Strong written and spoken communication
- Capable with ERP or transportation/logistics management systems
- Awareness of ITAR and the management of export-controlled items
- A bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, international business, or a similar area
- A background in aerospace, aviation, or ground support equipment (strongly preferred)

- Experience getting logistics off the ground for new sites or international markets
- Certifications like Certified Customs Specialist, Licensed Customs Broker, or APICS/CLTD
- Dangerous goods or hazmat certification (IATA or IMDG)
- A 401(k) with a 5% match from the company, open to you after three months
- A salary spanning $55,000 to $75,000 each year
- Medical, dental, and vision coverage that begins the first of the month after your start date
- Two weeks of accrued paid vacation, along with five paid sick days
- A chance to come on board a fast-growing company during a sizable international expansion, with genuine sway over how the global logistics function comes together
