Position Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail driven Logistics Analyst to join our 3rd Party Warehouse team. This role goes beyond traditional warehouse coordination and will play a critical part in inventory accuracy, reconciliation, issue investigation, and root cause problem solving. This individual will work closely with warehouses, Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales Support to ensure the on-time delivery of our products.
Responsibilities- Main point of contact for warehouse
- Communicate with internal and external parties through phone and email
- Review, verify, and enter warehouse receiving data from EDI and manual reports.
- Maintain data accuracy, case counts, and documentation according to SOPs
- Process bills of lading for accurate billing and lot control / inventory control
- Coordinate Warehouses transfers
- Manage documentation and system accuracy for lot transformation, warehouse special projects, repack, labeling, product inspection.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies while developing and instituting corrective actions with Finance department
- Ensure inventory accuracy by researching inventory discrepancies
- Improve, automate and simplify warehouse procedures to enhance inventory accuracy and support operational growth
- 3 - 5 years in logistics, warehouse customer service, order processing, inventory control, and/or supply chain operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel skills a must (lookups, data cleaning)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize (and reprioritize when necessary) tasks to ensure timely completion
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 annually plus bonus
Our company will be relocating to a new corporate headquarters in Madison, NJ in Q4 of 2026. Candidates should be comfortable with this upcoming change in location.
