The Forklift Operator is in charge of loading and unloading materials utilizing a hand truck, reach truck, or forklift. They maintain a clean and safe work environment and identify any discrepancies in receiving loads against manifest.

• Utilizing manifest to pull route, stage freight, and assist drivers in loading and unloading trucks
• Forklift experience
• Material handling may include picking, packing, scanning, kitting (as applicable), counting products, and other duties to ensure timeliness, packaging, and system work is completed accurately
• Identifying and annotating overages, shortages, and damages (OS&D)
• Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.
• Read and follow detailed and defined instructions in a fast‑paced environment
• Ensure a safe and secure work environment, including all TSA and OSHA guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Must be able to use forklifts, pallet jacks, and banding/shrink‑wrap material
• Experience using an RF scan gun (required)
• Previous forklift certifications preferred
• Must be able to work overtime as needed, occasional weekends
• Must be able to read and comprehend work instructions well
• Must work well with others
• High attention to detail required
• Must work well with others with little supervision
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs unassisted
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in English

• Previous warehouse experience preferred – 1 year experience

• Standing and walking for extended periods; frequently stooping, kneeling, crouching, using hands, reaching, bending and lifting objects above the head; lift/move up to 50 pounds unassisted; use pallet jacks and forklifts

• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday (Thursday and Saturday off); 4:00 pm to 12:00 am (2nd Shift)

$21.50 per hour. The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
