  Pay range:  $61,600 - $75,000 /yr
  
 YOUR ROLE
 Are you known for your leadership skills? Are you passionate about managing and monitoring inventory? If so, we have an opportunity that would allow you to oversee inventory operations.  
   
 WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 Supervise and coordinate inventory control activities, cycle counting, storage and shipping verification
 Lead and train inventory team members to ensure accuracy and efficiency
 Monitor inventory levels and investigate discrepancies (shortages, overages, damages)
 Perform regular cycle counts and support full physical inventory audits
 Maintain accurate inventory records in WMS system
 Analyze inventory data and generate reports on inventory performance and trends
 Implement and improve inventory control procedures and best practices
 Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
 Identify and resolve inventory-related issues quickly to minimize operational impact

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or GED, Minimum four years related experience. Minimum one year supervisory experience;
Bachelor’s Degree in International Business, Logistics or Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Finance or related discipline preferred or equivalent combination of work experience and education. Three years of industry experience preferred.  3–5 years of inventory control or warehouse experience

Credentials:
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control processes

Skills:

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based and job specific software applications.

Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)

 Characteristics:
Ability to allocate work assignments;
Proven experience in problem analysis, presentation of alternatives and implementing solutions;
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations;
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
