Osmo, the scent-technology company with a working fragrance compounding operation in Elizabeth, New Jersey, is hiring a Packer to keep finished orders moving out the door. Fragrance compounds leave a facility the same way they enter commerce everywhere: weighed, sealed, labeled, and packed to survive shipping, the unglamorous, essential end of the supply chain our field-to-flacon guide maps.

The Packer prepares fragrance compound orders for shipment: packing drums, pails, and sample bottles, applying compliant labels, staging orders for carriers, and keeping the packing area organized and documented. The role works alongside the compounding and quality teams at the Elizabeth site and follows the handling procedures that scented materials require.

Dependable candidates comfortable with physical work, accurate counting, and label documentation. Warehouse, production, or fulfillment experience is a plus; attention to detail around hazardous-goods labeling is valued. The position is full-time and fully on-site.
