Private Duty Home Services is a locally owned, nurse-led home care agency serving the Tri-Cities area. We are currently hiring dependable caregivers for 8–12 hour shifts in Elizabethton.

Shifts are available immediately. Day and night coverage needed.

This opportunity may involve varying days and hours as client needs evolve, with potential for ongoing consistent scheduling. This position is ideal for caregivers seeking flexible hours while working within a professional, well-supported team.

We are seeking caregivers who are willing to:

• Work day and/or night shifts
• Accept weekend availability
• Start immediately
• Adapt to scheduling changes as client needs adjust

• Strong attendance and reliability
• Clear, professional communication
• Comfort working extended shifts
• Ability to work independently in client homes
• Flexibility with scheduling
• At least 1 year of caregiving experience preferred

All caregivers must follow company call-in procedures and communication policies.

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable personal vehicle
• Active auto insurance
• Ability to pass background screening and on-boarding requirements

• Provide non-medical, in-home care
• Assist with personal care, companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation as needed
• Document care provided
• Communicate changes or concerns promptly to the office
