Perform MIG welding on structural steel including columns, rafters, pipes, beams, and small parts;
Read blueprints and use tape measure to meet shop standards;
Set weld parameters, gun speed, travel, and gas flow based on bead condition;
Operate overhead crane and lifting equipment as needed;
Maintain bead quality and follow safety rules in a fast-paced production environment
