Perform MIG welding on structural steel components including columns, rafters, beams, and small parts;
Set up weld parameters including gun speed, travel, and gas flow based on bead conditions;
Read tape measures and blueprints to shop standards;
Train and teach proper welding procedures in accordance with manufacturing procedures;
Operate overhead crane and other lifting equipment to handle materials and assemblies
