Elizabethton Alliance Church in Northeast Tennessee seeks an experienced Lead Pastor to shepherd the congregation, engage with civic leaders and local organizations, and strengthen the church’s witness in the community.
The ideal candidate will be a humble, Spirit-led servant-leader who teaches Scripture clearly, mentors others, and works with the elders to align ministry with God’s calling while pursuing unity and growth in Christ.
