Signature HealthCARE of Elizabethton Rehab & Wellness Center is a 94‑bed facility dedicated to skilled nursing and rehabilitation services.

• Provide direct and compassionate care to patients and residents, maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Supervise day‑to‑day activities of assigned nursing assistants.
• Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local standards, guidelines, and regulations, as required by the Director of Nursing.
• Ensure that all nursing personnel assigned to the RN comply with written policies and procedures established by the facility.

• Active RN license in the state of residence.
• Current/active CPR certification.
• Customer‑service orientation and ability to work well under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with high quality and productivity.
• Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
