Assistant Controller

Join a growing manufacturing organization as a Plant Controller, leading financial operations, strengthening internal controls, and providing strategic financial insights to support plant performance. This role partners closely with operations leadership, corporate finance, and cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting.

• Lead and oversee all plant accounting and financial reporting activities, ensuring accurate, timely, and consistent financial information
• Develop, maintain, and evaluate financial systems, processes, and internal controls in alignment with GAAP and corporate policies
• Manage month‑end close, financial reporting, account reconciliations, and audit support activities
• Oversee financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and business plan development
• Manage and monitor cash flow activities, including accounts receivable, collections, accounts payable, and disbursements
• Partner with plant leadership and operations managers to identify opportunities for cost improvement and business performance enhancement
• Participate in ERP, IT, and systems improvement discussions to enhance financial capabilities
• Lead, mentor, and develop finance team members while supporting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Manufacturing finance or plant accounting experience
• Experience leading financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal control processes
• Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory, and operational finance
• Ability to communicate financial insights and partner effectively with operations leadership
