Position Summary
The Front Desk Receptionist (Contract) serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming front office environment while handling administrative and clerical support on a temporary or contract basis.
Responsibilities- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls
- Manage front desk coverage and maintain a clean, organized reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Schedule meetings and manage conference room calendars
- Assist with data entry, filing, and document organization
- Support administrative staff and departments as needed
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate restocking
- Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality
- Prior experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) or similar systems
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
