We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Title Clerk to support our dealership operations. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our administrative processes, including titling, deal documentation,OEM incentive claims, and more.

- Prepare and process vehicle titles accurately and in a timely manner in compliance with state regulations
- Review and package completed sales deals for submission to accounting and finance
- Submit and track OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) incentive claims to ensure timely reimbursements
- Handle daily bank deposits and maintain accurate transaction records
- Maintain organized filing systems for sales, finance, and customer records
- Communicate with internal departments, banks, and OEM representatives to resolve issues
- Support general office tasks including data entry, document management, and reporting
- Assist with auditing and compliance reviews as necessary
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support dealership operations
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred
- Previous administrative or dealership experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with vehicle titling, finance documentation, and OEM incentive programs is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general office technology
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Full-time, Monday–Friday. Occasional overtime may be required based on business needs.
