We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Title Clerk to support our dealership operations. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our administrative processes, including titling, deal documentation,OEM incentive claims, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and process vehicle titles accurately and in a timely manner in compliance with state regulations
  • Review and package completed sales deals for submission to accounting and finance
  • Submit and track OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) incentive claims to ensure timely reimbursements
  • Handle daily bank deposits and maintain accurate transaction records
  • Maintain organized filing systems for sales, finance, and customer records
  • Communicate with internal departments, banks, and OEM representatives to resolve issues
  • Support general office tasks including data entry, document management, and reporting
  • Assist with auditing and compliance reviews as necessary
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support dealership operations
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred
  • Previous administrative or dealership experience strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with vehicle titling, finance documentation, and OEM incentive programs is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general office technology
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Schedule:

Full-time, Monday–Friday. Occasional overtime may be required based on business needs.
