Project Manager, Construction Manager​/ Foreman, Site Manager

Renewyx have partnered with a growing multifamily developer delivering Class A apartment communities across the Midwest. They are looking to bring on a new Project Manager so if you can leada project, this is worth five minutes of your time.

The pipeline is stacked with new-build apartment communities moving from entitlement straight into construction, with more breaking ground every quarter.

You'll own the project. Budget, schedule, subs, and the client relationship all sit on your desk from mobilization to closeout. No hand-holding, just results.

• Proven track record as a Project Manager on ground-up commercial construction projects
• Strong command of budgets, schedules, and subcontractor management from mobilization to closeout
• Comfortable owning the day-to-day relationship with owners, architects, and engineers

• Procore or comparable project management software experience
• Experience running multiple projects concurrently

• Permanent role
• Based across active project sites in Ohio and Indiana
• Room to grow with a business scaling its pipeline fast
