Mitigation Supervisor

Job Description

The Mitigation Supervisor leads dedicated mitigation teams to proactively assess and reduce risks across projects. Reporting to the operations manager, this role requires frequent travel and focuses on effective crisis management, stakeholder communication, and issue resolution to ensure project safety and success.

• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and develop mitigation plans
• Supervise and coordinate dedicated mitigation teams
• Manage crisis situations promptly and effectively
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders
• Prepare detailed reports on mitigation progress and outcomes
  
  Resolve issues to minimize project disruptions
• Some on-call responsibilities will exist in this role, 1 week per month on-call.

• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Proven problem-solving capabilities
• Effective team leadership experience
• Sound decision-making aptitude
• Conflict resolution expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent
• IICRC WTR Certification
• Proficiency with AI tools including Claude and ChatGPT
• Strong preference for bilingual candidate (Spanish and English)
