Client Services Representative

Job Summary

Helmwood Veterinary Clinic is a General Practice Facility, seeking an experienced receptionist to join our team. Previous experience in a veterinary clinic is preferred but not required.

The ideal new team member is self-motivated, a quick thinker, able to multi-task efficiently, and has excellent communication skills and compassion.

• Email, text and voicemail management
• Service excellence to address the needs of clients and clinic staff
• Appointment scheduling and management
• Patient check‑in and check‑out
• Manage cash, check and credit card payments from clients
• Client education & services

• Experience providing superb professional and personable client services
• Minimum of 1 year working in customer services
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and Outlook experience preferred)
• Attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks confidently, calmly and professionally
• Interpersonal skills working in a team environment
