Best-One Tire & Service in Elizabethtown, Kentucky is looking for a Service Advisor who is passionate about Creating Raving Fans by delivering exceptional customer service. If you have at least 1 year of experience in a retail tire or automotive service environment, enjoy keeping operations running smoothly, while assisting customers, we want to talk to you!

What You'll Do as Service Advisor:
Answer phones and greet and assist customers in a respectful and timely manner.
Answer customer questions about service outcomes and consult with technicians when necessary.
Inform customers of changes in service or when their vehicle is ready to be picked up.
Ensure all paperwork is properly filled out, updated, completed, and closed according to Best-One and customer standards.
What We're Looking For:
Must have at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing service environment.
Must have proficiency with Windows-based computers with strong attention to detail.
Must have reliable transportation and a commitment to good attendance.
Must maintain a positive and friendly attitude while providing service beyond the expectations of our customers.
