Client Services Representative

Helmwood Veterinary Clinic is a General Practice Facility, seeking an experienced receptionist to join our team. Previous experience in a veterinary clinic is preferred but not required.

The ideal new team member we are looking for is self‑motivated, a quick thinker, able to multi‑task efficiently, and has excellent communication skills and compassion.

• Multi‑line phone system management
• Email, text and voicemail management
• Service excellence to address needs of clients and clinic staff
• Appointment scheduling and management
• Excellent client communication
• Patient check in & check out
• Manage cash, check and credit card payments from clients
• Client education & services

• Experience providing superb professional and personable client services
• A minimum of 1 year working in customer services
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and Outlook experience preferred)
• Attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks confidently, calmly and professionally
• Interpersonal skills working in a team environment
