As an Architect – Level 1, you will participate in architectural work across projects of moderate size and complexity, spanning education, residential, and mixed‑use building types. You will bring technical precision and design ambition in equal measure, contributing to a collaborative team that never settles for good enough.

• Independently perform architectural design assignments on projects of moderate size and complexity
• Conduct analyses of design, planning, and occupancy studies; develop design layouts
• Prepare project specifications, compiling and analyzing relevant data
• Write reports, plans, cost estimates, and calculations
• Collaborate actively with team members, bringing your full self and sharing sight on project direction
• Research and record information in support of assigned project work

• Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)
• Active architectural license (required)
• 3–5 years of professional experience in an architectural practice
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and standard project delivery software
• A detail‑oriented mindset with the drive to build and re‑build until it’s right
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
