Videography Coordinator – Sky Ranches, Van, TX, US
Full‑time, on‑site position dedicated to supporting Sky Ranch’s mission of leading youth and families to know and follow Christ.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Set up and tear down video shoots.
- Organize people, location, staff, and equipment for each shoot.
- Lead the scripting and cinematography of videos for all Sky Ranch locations and program needs.
- Manage and organize all video content in an accessible repository.
- Provide needed b‑roll and video content upon request.
- Lead video editing, including editing footage, storing, and organizing it on the Sky Ranch Vimeo and You Tube accounts.
- Make collateral available to various staff as needed.
- Recruit, hire, train, and support the Summer Media Team in a leadership role.
- Maintain best‑practice documentation for all responsibilities.
- Conduct site visits for collateral collection at all locations throughout the year.
- Represent the Sky Ranch brand at marketing events and other necessary situations.
- Provide general support to all departments as needed.
- Maintain compliance with Sky Ranch’s employee policies and procedures.
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal laws and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to the organization’s success by providing exceptional pictures and videos to promote its programs and departments.
- Perform additional duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS EducationBachelor’s Degree in videography, advertising, communications, marketing, or a related field.
ExperienceIn‑depth understanding of videography and audio‑visual production.
Knowledge- Adobe editing software, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom Classic, and Media Encoder.
- Pro Presenter.
- Proficient working knowledge of office software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Principles and processes for delivering excellent customer service, including needs assessment, quality standards, and satisfaction evaluation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship building.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to build mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.
- Professionalism in the workplace and accurate communication with others.
- Excellent organizational skills: ability to multi‑task and manage a variety of tasks.
- Ability to communicate the vision of Sky Ranch to both internal and external customers.

Physical Demands- Physical effort required on a routine basis; ability to use up to 50 pounds of force frequently for moving and carrying objects, including photography and video equipment.
- Requires some physical agility, including bending for items below or reaching for items above the individual; crawling under desks; stooping; and climbing step stools or ladders.
Indoors in a normal office environment and outdoors during the retreat season. Indoors and outdoors during the summer camp season in a noisy and busy environment, exposed to seasonal weather elements. No or very limited exposure to physical risk. Ability to travel to various geographic locations, including by car, and some overnight stays including weekends.
