Position
Description:
Pastor for a small but active independent church located in a rural community outside Louisville KY. We are faith based led by the Holy Spirit and follow the teaching of the Bible. In addition to salary we provide a housing and health insurance allowances.
- Responsible for developing, leading and providing a message for worship services.
- Responsible for planning and leading education programs including Bible study and other educational programs.
- Provide pastoral care for needs of the congregation.
- Guide us as to grow deeper in our relationship with God and as faithful followers of Christ.
- Works with church committees to develop and administer various programs.
- Be visible and involved in community activities to share our beliefs and bring more to our church family.
- Participate in outreach programs both within and outside our community.
