About the Position
FCC Etown is seeking a full-time Student Minister to join our ministry team. The Student Minister will provide leadership, vision, and oversight for a thriving student ministry that helps young people become lifelong disciples of Jesus Christ.
This person will create environments, relationships, and opportunities that encourage students to grow in their faith, develop meaningful connections, and actively live out the Gospel.

Position Responsibilities- Provide leadership, vision, and oversight for a thriving student ministry.
- Create environments, relationships, and opportunities that encourage students to grow in their faith.
- Develop meaningful connections among students and support their discipleship journey.
- Actively live out the Gospel in ministry contexts.
- Engaging leader, strong communicator, and gifted organizer who balances relational ministry with administrative responsibilities.
- Spiritual maturity, humility, self-motivation, dependability, and enthusiasm to serve as a collaborative member of a healthy ministry team.
