Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
Position Summary Responsible for administrative, logistical, and daily operations of the Division I intercollegiate men’s and women’s golf programs. Assisting the coaching staff in the overall administration of the programs, including part-time payroll processing, budget development and management. Serve as the point of contact for travel-related logistics. Serve as the point of contact for the personal development program for student-athletes. Support the Head Coaches with the efficient and productive operation of the men’s and women’s golf programs.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills. Management and organizational skills. Proficiency with computers, especially using Excel. The ability to develop knowledge of, respect for, and skills to engage with those of other cultures or backgrounds. Knowledge of National Collegiate Athletic Association ( NCAA ), SEC , UGA , and UGAAA rules and regulations.
Ability to effectively communicate to student-athletes, academic counselors, parents, and coaches. Ability to work independently on multiple assignments. Ability to organize as well as…
